I have worked  for a number of years now to find the best locations from which to observe the hawk migrations in Veracruz.  This year I have decided to focus on the raptor migrations and providing you with great views of this migratory spectacle. So  gear up for the adventure!

 

I have been observing the raptor migrations in Veracruz Mexico for 11 years now.
This year I am dedicating four tour dates exclusively to the bird of prey migrations in Veracruz. In past years I have led tours where the time was divided between general birding and observation of raptor migration. This year I am going to show you the magnificent raptor migration in a way that few birders have ever witnessed.

For the fall 2010 Veracruz  Hawkwatch Tours I will once again be teaming up with Simon Thompson of Verntures Birding Tours- "Putting the fun back into birding!" We have a fine team of guides this year, Simon Thompson, Frank Gallo, Bill Thompson and David McCauley.
We have selected 4 dates for the Veracruz hawkwatch tours:
Tour #1.   September 25th -October 2nd
Tour #2    October 2nd-9th
Tour #3.   October 9th-16th
Tour #4.   October16th-23rd
**each tour is 7 days and begins and ends on a Saturday.
